NPH’s Engagement Café continues to deliver for residents

Published On: May 12, 2026By

Last week we returned to The Life Centre in Spring Boroughs to host another well-attended Engagement Café, continuing our most popular resident engagement event in a familiar and welcoming setting.

The session brought together NPH residents and colleagues from NPH and West Northamptonshire Council for open, constructive conversations. Our residents took the opportunity to raise queries, share feedback and connect directly with teams, while enjoying a relaxed café-style environment.

Directors Nicky and Winston were present alongside local Councillors from the Castle Ward, all spending time speaking with residents and listening to their experiences. A member of the NPH Board also attended, reinforcing the importance of hearing resident voices first-hand.

The café once again proved highly valuable, with many leaving satisfied with the support and guidance they received. Feedback on the day was very positive, reflecting the continued impact these sessions are having.

NPH resident Pete, who has attended previous cafés, shared how helpful he finds the events and said he plans to attend as many as he can going forward, a great reflection of how useful these sessions have become for residents.

The Engagement Café continues to be a key part of how we connect with residents, gather insight and improve services. Alongside this, initiatives such as our new ‘Get Involved and Influence us’ quarterly newsletter are helping to encourage residents to have their say.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and to all colleagues who helped deliver another successful event.
