A great turn out at our May Engagement Café
As part of our regular programme of resident events we recently held our quarterly Engagement Café at The Gathering Space in the Grosvenor Centre. It was great that so many residents and staff members came along, thank you for supporting the event and we hope you found it useful to talk to us face to face.
West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) customer service team attended the event along with numerous teams from NPH including repairs, mutual exchange, leasehold, rent income, asset management, resident, welfare and tenancy support. Residents came along to talk to us about all manner of things but mostly repairs, rent queries, housing officer enquiries and some came for a cup of tea and a chat. It was great to see so many of you there. We will follow up with residents about queries, but rest assured we are working through the list and will get back to everyone if we were not able to help you on the day.

We enjoyed chatting to residents at the event and got some valuable feedback. A few residents had come to talk to us about Anti-Social behaviour (ASB) concerns, so we will make sure we have one of our specialists ASB team at the next engagement café. Where else can you meet with NPH face to face?
We hold our Engagement Café on a quarterly basis, the next one will be on Thursday 7th August at the Gathering Space in the Grosvenor Centre, and it is just one of the ways that you can come and meet with us in person. Other events include drop-in sessions held all over Northampton on a weekly basis and Community Cafes held in some of our community hubs – see here to see all the events you are welcome to pop along to.
