During July – August 2025, NPH conducted tenant consultation on the draft Resident Involvement and Influence Strategy 2025–2029. The purpose was to gather feedback from tenants to shape and influence the final version.

How we listened: We ran a survey with our Sounding Board (236 members) and hosted focus groups with involved residents including the Scrutiny Panel, Lakeview and Elenor House groups. The survey received 20 responses (8% response rate).

The consultation was promoted via our website and social media channels. Focus groups explored the principles and priorities for resident involvement.

What we will be doing: This is our first organisation-wide strategy, aiming to embed a culture of resident engagement across all services. We’ll work with residents to meet new regulatory requirements and ensure our engagement activities reflect your expectations.
