NPH CEO announces departure next year

NPH’s Chief Executive, Steve Feast, has announced he will be moving on to a new role within the housing sector in 2026.

Steve joined us in May 2023, bringing a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to improving homes and communities. During his time with us, Steve has overseen significant improvements, including streamlining repairs and maintenance services to deliver faster response times and increasing trust amongst residents. He has also led on the strengthening of compliance and safety standards to ensure tenant well-being remains at the heart of everything we do.

Steve said: “I am proud of the substantial improvements the team have delivered to the services NPH provides to tenants since my arrival.  Tenants are at the heart of everything we do at NPH and working with our residents has been key to understanding where we need to improve and how to achieve high levels of tenant satisfaction. It’s been my privilege to lead the fantastic team at NPH and I will miss working alongside them but am confident they will continue to deliver great services in the future.”

Speaking on behalf of the Board, Aileen Evans, Chair of NPH, said: “Steve’s leadership has made a real difference to our organisation and the communities we serve. His focus on improving services and prioritising safety has set a strong foundation for the future. We thank him for his dedication and wish him every success in his next chapter.”

Steve’s contribution has been invaluable, and we are deeply appreciative of the positive impact he has had during his time at NPH. His last day with NPH will be finalised in the coming weeks.
